1. Tour Start Locations

All our tours and activity packages commence from the following areas in Bali: Kuta, Legian, Seminyak, Canggu, Nusa Dua, Jimbaran, Sanur, and Ubud.

• For pick-up locations outside these areas or remote areas in Bali, an additional charge will apply, depending on the hotel/location/area.

2. Private Service and Participant Requirements

• All tours and activity packages are conducted in private service. This ensures that there are no other participants joining your tour; it will exclusively be you and your companions.

• A minimum of 2 participants is required for all tours and activity packages.

3. Pricing

• Tour prices are per car with a minimum of 2 participants.

• Activity package prices are per person with a minimum of 2 participants.

• All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Payment Terms

• Payments can be made either before or after the tour.

• Accepted currencies include US Dollars, Indonesian Rupiah, or other currencies based on the latest exchange rate.

• Payments via PayPal are also accepted.

• For extra hours beyond the agreed tour time, an additional charge of 10% per hour will apply.

• If delays occur due to severe traffic jams, the extra hour cost will be shared. The renter will only pay 50% of the total extra hours.

5. Booking Procedures

• Tours should be booked at least one day in advance.

• Bookings can be made via the following methods:

  • Fill out our booking form on the website.

  • Sending an email to info@balibestdaytour.com.

  • Sending an SMS or WhatsApp message to +62 813 3706 5235.

6. Cancellation Policy

• For cancellations, please inform us at least one day in advance to avoid cancellation fees.

• Cancellation fees:

  • 50% of the agreed tour price if canceled on the day of the tour.

  • 100% of the agreed tour price if canceled after our driver arrives at your hotel or designated pick-up point.

7. Privacy Policy

• Your reservation is secure. All personal data is encrypted and processed securely.

• We respect your privacy and will only use your personal information for booking purposes.

8. Travel Insurance

• All visitors/travelers are covered by government insurance (JASA RAHARJA) during activities within Indonesian territory.

• However, it is strongly recommended that all travelers purchase adequate travel insurance when booking flights.
