All of our tours and activity packages start from Kuta, Legian, Seminyak, Canggu, Nusa Dua, Jimbaran, Sanur, and Ubud areas. If you stay outside the area we mentioned above or in other remote areas in Bali, it will pay an extra charge according to the hotel/location/area.

All of the tours and activity packages are in private service and the minimum number of participants is 2 persons, it is means that there are no other participants who will be joining the tour, just you and your companion. 

The price for the tour is per car with a minimum of 2 participants. The price for tour package or tour activity package is per person, minimum of 2 participants. 

Prices of tours and activity packages are subject to change without prior notice.

THE PAYMENT:

The payment can be made before or after the tour and we accept either US $, Rupiah, or other currencies based on the latest exchange rate. 

We also accept payment via PayPal.

extra hour payment will be charged 10% per hour if your time usage exceeds the agreed tour time.

Excess time that occurs due to severe traffic jams will be shared. This means that the renter will pay for extra hours, but only 50% of the total extra hours that should be paid.

CANCELLATION: 

Please call or message us for cancellations at least one day in advance to avoid cancellation fees.

The cancellation fee is 50% of the tour price you agreed on if you cancel your tour booking on the day.

The cancellation fee is 100% of the tour price you agreed upon if you cancel the tour after our driver team picks you up at your hotel or designated pick-up point.

PRIVACY POLICY:

Your reservation is secure. All personal data is encrypted and will be processed securely.
We take the privacy of your data very seriously. Your personal information will only be used to process your booking.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:

All visitors/travelers would be covered by Government insurance/JASA RAHARJA during their activity in all around Indonesia territory. but It is advised that all travelers should purchase adequate travel insurance at the time of booking flights.
